Is this illegal?

I was just wondering....

Is it illegal to :

1. Crush your mother's tranquilizers into a powdery like substance that looks remarkably like sugar

2. Steam open her favorite box of cereal that she eats 3 to 4 bowls of a day

3. Pour said sugar dust into the box and then seal it up

4. Give said cereal box with said dust to her as a birthday gift?

That's all--just wondering.............

Oh boy, you and me? Same mood today. Damn...read my blog and you'll see why :)) And I think all those things you mentioned? They're FINE!

It's as legal - and recommended - as Benadryl popsicles for kids on summer break. My freezer's working overtime as we speak...

If you have any magic dust left over, send it my way. I will put it into the only thing my mother consumes, Dr. Pepper.

Hmmmm, is your momma not able to sleep, or is she working your nerves? Either way, hope things improve. I suppose as long as you don't cause her to OD it would be ok.

Uhhhh, yeah, definitely illegal....but I'm sorry for your mother troubles. Hope things look up soon!

I think it's called "self defense" at least in most states.

Uh-0h...sounds like tough times over there.

Hope things get better soon. And in the meantime, at least you haven't lost your sense of humor!

I don't know if it's legal or not, but strangely enough...I'd like a bowl of it!

Sounds tasty!

I've often wanted to get my Mom some Prozac and slip it to her. Whatever it takes, right?

it is only illegal if you snort "said powdery substance" other wise...you are all good!

Since this is all totally hypothetical, I won't beg you not to waste those crushed tranquilizers on someone who won't appreciate them to just send them here. I could use a 2 month-long nap.

It depends on if you are the reciever or giver of said gift...lol...

if reciever, then YES... there should be consequences... roflmbo.. and if your the giver, then no... claim self defense, or even temp insanity... lol...

by the way.. you have an award on my blog... cuz I think you rock!! =)
