We went and stayed at the Heber Valley Campground--it was beautiful and perfect--just a great place for a family reunion. On Saturday some of the cousins got to go do a Challenge Zipline Course. It was so cool to watch and listen to them cheer each other on--my kids loved it! So just thought I would share some of my photo experiments. When I grow up I want to be a photographer--unfortunately I don't think I will live that long. Deep sigh.
Here we all are in all our "been camping 2 days" glory. Each family had a color to do with what they wanted. Our color was orange. We attempted (in the very BROADEST sense of the word) to tye dye our shirts. As you can see--they were pretty much yellow--very light orange if you really squint your eyes. I took a huge risk and posted this even though it has a picture of me in it. I am the chubby one down front. My husband invited his longtime friend and his daughter to join our family and my daughter Tae brought her boyfriend. Pretty much you can probably put everyone else together with their name on my side bar if you are so inclined. It was so wonderful to have all my kids in one place--I can't believe I have gotten to the place in life that my children are starting to scatter!

What a great reunion! We did a ropes course for a youth group and it was a huge hit! Gives them opportunity to see they can do hard things!
Lisa~! I'm so glad you posted a pic so that I can put a face with the blog!! You are very pretty and you obviously love your family (and they love you) very much! Good times. Don't you just love family reunions? Great photoshopping, btw!
What fun! I LOVE your effects! They really make it pop! Looks like ya'll had fun. Thanks for sharing! Happy weekend to you and yours!
I LOVED the pics! But I have a question. Why is there an umbrella at the top of the pole? Was it raining? Ummm..I kinda thought that water and electricity don't mix? Is this a Montana thing? lol Just wondering...
Your family picture is just adorable. I loved being able to see all of you together. You all have such a bright and shining countenance. A happy family!
Ha! I hadn't thought about what that would look like to others. And somewhere in Montana they do probably do it but this was at the church owned camp in Heber, UT. It did start to rain as we were leaving but I'm not sure if that was why it was there. I do know that this is where my husband and I want to serve our mission. You never have to wear a dress--except to church and you get to drive a 4 wheeler all day long!! Woo-hoo!
awesome pictures!! looks like so much FUN!!!!
